Boatyard

The NAUTITECH CIM boatyard has been located on the Atlantic since 1986, in ROCHEFORT SUR MER, near La Rochelle and its experience is incomparable when it comes to the building of large luxury monohull yachts and catamarans for professional use.

Since 1997, and to meet with a growing demand, the CIM boatyard developed a new type of day charter catamaran, making it a homogenous range for charterers.

The factory is located on a 14,000 m² plot a few cable\\\'s lengths from the Atlantic Ocean. The sailing industry is highly concentrated in La Rochelle-Rochefort\\\'s economic centre (builders, suppliers, sub-contractors, port infrastructures). 

More than 6,000 m² of buildings

The buildings of a floor surface of more than 6,000 m² have been arranged according to the rational necessities of industrial production, which requires an adapted, top quality plant.

The large boat shed brought into service in 2001 offers good dimensions with a length of 120 m and a useable with of 24 m. The two sheds are equipped with four travelling gantry cranes with a lifting hook clearance height of 8.75 m.
